Data Definitions in Blocks

I would like to attach data definitions to blocks. The metadata sets are usually limited with fields such as no WYSIWYG editor and no date chooser.

    This was announced as being on the roadmap at the Fall 2009 Users Conference. Actually, they indicated that there would be a new block type (Data Definition Block).
