I’ve gotten feedback that it would be very useful to manually order asset factories in the New menu. It also would be great to be able to add separators between groups of items. Maybe have a container be configurable to be a group with a separator or a menu level that must be expanded?

    I think the separator indicates to me that they could probably be using sub-containers to group them. But I do think have some control over how the asset factories are displayed in the New menu makes sense.

    Also, it sounds like this idea is duplicated by this other idea about controlling how Asset Factories appear to users in the dashboard.
