Insert Form Elements through WYSIWYG Editor

We have users who need to create their own online web based forms.  I would like to see the editing tool be given the ability to insert form elements (accessibly, of course).

    Yes, it would be nice but users tend to mess things up. There is an example inside of Cascade Server that shows how to build a data definition that will give the user the ability to create ad hoc forms. You would need to create the XSL for it but an example is also included.
