System option for removing empty folders on unpublish request...

Currently, unpublish will remove assets from various destinations.
However, if it removes the last file in a particular folder, it will
not try to remove the folder. Either a system option or an accompanying
option on the publish screen to remove empty folders on unpublish,
would be in order.

    I agree with this. We'll need to be careful about how we define "empty folder". The user that Cascade is using to connect may not be able to see anything in the folder, but that doesn't mean there's not an .htaccess file or something residing in the folder that the user can't access and thus can't delete.
